naNO Vapor is a very powerful pre-workout supplement. It gives you a very good pump that lasts about an hour. It is very effective for those that hit the gym hard for short period of time. NV Makes your workout effortless, the weight you use to barely lift feels like half that. It blocks muscle fatigue and lets you workout at full intensity without worrying about getting tired. This is good and bad. Good because it allows you to work out harder than usual. Bad because you get a huge crash afterwards. But it does what its suppost to , gives you a huge pump and delays muscle fatigue through your workout. Although we would have wished muscletech payed more attention to the taste of this powder, it works as intended, tastes like shit but works.
